Where Can We Ship?
We can only ship orders within the continental United States. We cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Please be aware of and observe any laws or regulations regarding the use of our products in your state or county. Buyer is responsible for following any state and local laws, and assumes full responsibility for safe and legal use of any and all items purchased.
 
How Are Items Shipped?
Wedding Day Sparklers uses UPS Ground shipping for all of our orders. Because of the nature of some of our products, we cannot offer rush deliveries (including next day and express air deliveries). We only ship Monday through Friday, and packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. We must have a physical mailing address located in the continental United States.
 
What Is The Total Shipping And Handling Time?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within THE SAME DAY you order them. We will ship your order the same day as long as it is received by 3PM Central time. Otherwise it will ship the following business day. Once an order has been shipped and in the hands of UPS, delivery will take place within 1-5 business days. Please provide for plenty of time for your order to be shipped in a timely manner.
 
What Is The Cost Of Shipping?
Wedding Day Sparklers is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50, regardless of where youíre located in the continental United States. For orders under $50, a $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged. Also, for orders shipping to Minnesota, state sales tax will also be added to the total for all orders.
 
What Is Your Return And Exchange Policy?
We will accept any and all returns of unused product.
If you received free shipping on your order you will be billed for the cost of that on your refund and you are also responsible for return shipping. On orders under $50.00 you will be billed the actual shipping costs and not the $10.00 shipping cost we add.
 
Can I Cancel My Order?
Order cancellations are only possible on orders that have not yet been shipped. For tracking purposes, we ask that you submit any cancellation requests to us through our contact us page. If you cancel by phone, you will be asked to submit the request via email for both partyís records.
